What is Little Athletics and Why Do It

What is Little Athletics?
Little Athletics is a fun athletics program for 5 to 15 year old’s (some States offer age groups outside this range).
- Every week you will learn different track and field events.
- Walk.
- Run.
- Wheel.
- Jump (such as long jump, high jump, triple jump).
- Throw (such as shot put, discus, javelin).
- You participate with other kids your age.
- All equipment is provided – just bring yourself, shoes, hat and a water bottle.
- We give plenty of encouragement to be your best.
- We are all about fun, fitness and family!
Why do Little Athletics?
